How do you snap together the roll bar plastics?

You unbolt the hoop and remove it assembled, after removing most of the other interior plastic.

Chilicoke, I was thinking the same thing right before I read your reply. Haha it should work with out a problem. But I would use Duramix 8223 instead. It's a panel bonding adhesive, It will never come apart. Using fiber glass to bond plastic their is no guarantee. Or even a plastic cheese cloth and window urethane should work wonders too.
