Default how do i time my cams?

ok. i used to be n/a with BC cams and now ive got a turbo kit on the car and before i go to the dyno on friday, i wanted my stock camshafts back in the car. my problem is that ive got the BC cams out and the old ap1 cams back in the car. but now i need to make sure they are in time. can someone send me a link or tell me how to look at the engine still sitting in the car with the chain cover and all on and time these cams? thats all i got left. i tried doing some searching around but every time my searches are cluttered with non related crap about timing a b18 and junk.

at TDC, there are lines on the face of the cam gears. they need to be pointed at each other side by side. like this " - - " .

finally figured out my issue. my large injectors had soaked the spark plugs so every time i cranked the car, it was barely running and made me think i had the timing off. so turns out i had the timing right after all. i was second guessing whether i knew what i was doing.
