They should come off quite easy, you need to take your calipers off then the discs should just slide off(with a gentle with a rubber hammer), at least thats what I do although I have an AP Racing kit...

Hope this helps

Assuming you know how to remove the brakes I will talk you through the rest.

Rear Discs
First you need to remove the spindle nut in the middle of the hub. You will need to remove/unpry the indention. To put back on it needs to torqued to 181 lbf-ft then use a punch to put in the indention.

Next you need to remove the 6mm brake dics retaining flat-head screws. There are 2 of these on the face of the rotor. Reinstall at 7.2 lbf-ft.

Lastly you will need two 8x1.25 mm bolts and screw into the disc to push it away from the hub. Turn each bolt two truns at a time to prevent cockingthe disc excessively.

The fronts are the same..just skip the first step.

Service limits for Front Discs

Brake disc thickness:
Standard: 24.9 - 25.1mm (.98 - .99 in.)
Max. Refinishing limit: 23.0mm (0.91 in.)
Break disc parallelism 0.015mm (0.0006 in) max.

Rear
Standard: 11.9 - 12.1 mm (0.469 - 0.476 in)
Max. Refinishing limit: 10.0mm (0.39 in)
Break disc parallelism 0.015mm (0.0006 in) max.

Hope this helps.

You could use a flat head screw driver.

You do not have to remove the spindle nut. You just have to remove the calipers on both front and rear, then take an impact driver with a flathead screwdriver bit and remove the two screws on the face of each rotor. Be sure to use anti-sieze compound when you reinstall these, or you may be drilling them out a few years later.

When you remove the calipers, make sure you don't dangle them from the hydraulic line. You can tie them up with a coat hanger.

I would try without the spindle nut first. I was just copying the steps in the service manual.

No need to remove the spindle nut!! But you'll need an impact screwdriver and a small sledgehammer to loosen the two Phillips screws on each rotor:

By the way, I paid once to have my rotors resurfaced, but the felt like an idiot when I realized that they're so cheap (like $60 each) that it's easier to just replace them. Try the S2Ki Marketplace for some nicer-looking cad-plated ones.
