U could get a fuel pressure regulator and a gauge on the fuel rail and get a walbro pump and that will make it richer. Do u have a wideband installed?

why do you want it to run richer on a 01 ECU? IIRC, the 00-01 ECU runs rich from factory?

No wideband yet. Sometime it stalls at coming to a stop and I get code 171. Too lean bank 1.

why dont you try solving the reason your running lean instead of just adding more fuel.

Did you plug it at the manifold end? Don't want that air vacuum leak.
AP1s came with a 2.0L engine. They used 330cc injectors. Your engine has 360cc injectors. At the ECU-command, the injector pulse length is that of an AP1's, but through an AP2-sized injector. So you should be fine.

Take the car to any dyno shop, and have it dynoed. They will have a wideband installed (temporary), and will give you a printout of your AFRs throughout the useable powerband. It'll tell you where you're rich, lean, or normal. Post the dyno result here, a pic is good.

I'm 100% sure you are wrong about injectors being diff size btwn ap1 and ap2, unless you are referring to ap1 and the dbw ap2 specifically, and then i am only 90% sure you are wrong.
