How do I adjust my clutch?

My clutch is terrible. The pedal clunks about 1" from the floor and I can hardly get it in or out of gear. Feels aweful. How do I adjust it?

Ya think the Director/Founder of the board would know how to use the search function. Great way to set an example for the newbies
