How to clean MAP? (used search ;P)

yes with one slight change---(according to the Honda S2k shop manual) when you turn the car on, hold it at 3000 rpms until it warms up to normal operating temperature (according to the "bars" on the gauge). Once it's warm, then let it idle for 5 minutes---this lets the ECU relearn the idle sequence quickly--if you don't, it won't hurt anything--it'll just take some time(a few weeks?) of relearning it on its own.
And the reason you wait (drink a beer, etc) is to let the ECU lose full power and erase its memory--then holding it at 3000 rpm and then letting it idle for 5 minuts makes it relearn "idle" and then you drive it normally (actually whatever is normal for you) and it relearns everything else

I'd suggest doing the MAP/IAC and then driving it some before you install the new exhaust to see how much difference it made--then change out the exhaust---it'll give you a frame of reference for when you should do the MAP/IAC again.
This is not bad advice whenever you do multiple mods--whenever possible, drive the car some between each mod so you can see what effect each mod had (and if you have any problems, you know which mod caused it)
you should be able to do both the MAP and the IAC in less than 30 minutes takng your time
