Hot Start Issue, please help, need to smog soon and need to know what to fix

That's just the fuel pump pressurizing the fuel rail. That's normal. Did you do the FPR test?

No going to my mechanic to have him test it out in a less than an hour. I'll keep you guys posted!

Why not do it yourself? Seriously, that's why I suggested it first...it takes less than a minute....

I like to give my mechanic work. He's got a small shop, and lately he's been having trouble with customers (at least last time I went in he was). When I had my prelude before this he would always hook it up when it needed fixing (which was often lol). So I like to pay it forward.

So why post up asking for help from us to figure it out when it's your mechanics JOB to figure out what's wrong if you're taking the care to him?

So I plugged it in and got the code P1415 which is the Air Pump Electrical Currant Sensor Circuit Low Voltage.

Any suggestions?
