Default Horrible gas mileage

Hey guys, lately ive been finding my cars gas mileage is getting worse and worse, im putting about $20 a day. My drive to and from work is about half hour but its mostly highway so it shouldnt be too bad regardless. I havent been vtecing or anything. Ill fill the tank next time and see exactly how many miles im getting but my gas gauge just plumits... Is there anything I can do to help or is there a common problem in s2k's that will hinder gas mileage..?

Actually with the tune we leaned it out, it was running super rich. And we also only tuned for wide open throttle. I also dont notice any leaks.

Check the fuel lines, or injector seals, also do you smell any gas and two it could be a faulty guage, i konw some people on here have had problems. Just some ideas.

only thing i can add is that the gauge in mine seems a bit off. goes back and forth alot. sitting right around/just below half with about 150 miles on this tank.

Havent checked, like I said in my original post ill fill up my tank tomorrow and start counting the miles. Just wanted to see if there could be a common problem that would cause bad gas mileage.

you gotta fill up and count the miles, then fill up and divide by the gallons for re-fillup.

you can't base it on how much you spend per day.

you guys at 280-290 are phenomenal...i get an average of 220-240
