When I first got the car, I babied it until I could do a full fluid change, got 26mpg. Now I generally get around 21mpg, haven't seen north of 22mpg in a while.

Valve-adjustment, spark plugs, and pre-cat O2 sensors. O2 sensors having the most affect on MPGs

Don't forget about the change to E10. That reduces MPG by at 3-4%.
