Default Horn not working?

Ok so I have to put my stick steering back on. I'm not sure whys horn is not working? Maybe I didn't center the clock spring right? I turn it all the way to the right and counted the turns it was 6? Then turned it 3 times in the opposite direction. My horn won't work? So I went under the hood and noticed my horn fuse or relay were missing? Is there supposed to be a fuse or relay there?

Stupid question: Did you check to make sure it was plugged in?

Yes I have been sitting here trying to figure out the problem. Everything look fine. It's just my horn won't work. When I use my honda keyless remote to lock the doors it beeps? So maybe my horn is working but the clock spring is not centered?

Ok I got the horn working. The cruise control is not working. The issue my be that I'm using an ap2 (04-05) steering wheel and airbag with ap2 cruise control buttons. Do you think this would not be compabable with ap1? Even using an ap2 clock spring.

So I guess the next question would be, can the cruise control buttons on the ap2 steering wheel function on an ap1? Well the plug on the ap2 cruise control is different but what if I'm using the ap2 clock spring? Now everything plugs in like it should. So shouldn't this work?

Shot in the dark here..but if the cruise control modules are different I would say they are not compatible.

Perhaps check part numbers, or maybe someone knows.
