I’ve had the same problem. Replaced the clock spring, still no cruise or horn. In addition, the VSA is now on and will not turn off.
Is there a common cause for all? Someone mentioned a bad Yaw sensor could be the problem. Has anyone experienced this?
Yaw sensors are over $1000 to replace. I’d appreciate any suggestions guys.

Is the 3 pin gray connector from the clockspring plugged in?

Is it an AP2 clockspring?

Maybe you got a bad clockspring?

Is your horn relay working?

Check fuse 47 in the underhood fuse box.
