Horn and cruise control not working
It's got my car back from the shop from tuning and having some work done but nothing related to the steering wheel. Before I took it in, the horn and cruise control were working but now they're not.
I have an aftermarket steering wheel and the cruise control switches were added and everything was working before hand.
I've checked the fuses and I believe they're intact. As well, checked under the dash on the pedals themselves and the little plastic buttons are still there. No severed wired and my tuner said they didn't touch the wheel or take it off.
Any ideas?

For some reason my search wasn't working but I tried again and I found some info.
But just to clarify, my understanding is that the power source going to the horn is also the same power for the cruise? So if the power to that goes, both are dead?

Also, I tried seeing if the horn works with the OEM key fob and it doesn't work. T locks but no horn.

So I took off the steering wheel, used a multi meter and there is no power going anywhere near the horn. I double checked the 6 fuse, the 47 fuse under the hood and they both look good.
The cruise control button on the dash under the instrument cluster lights up when I push it but the steering wheel set button doesn't engage the cruise control.
Worst case, if I can't find the source of this problem, could I run an entirely new power wire to the steering wheel?

My understanding was that if the cable reel were broken, the horn would still sound when I used the key fob to lock it with the double press because at present, it does not sound when I double press the lock button.
Also, if it were the clutch relay, would that still affect the horn?
Finally, I did notice that in the in the under hood fuse box, there's a relay labelled horn relay and it's one of the bigger relays that's above the smaller fuses. If that relay were shot, would this affect the power going to the steering wheel?

So I tried swapping the relays labeled horn and lights in the fuse panel under the hood and still no horn. Looks like I'm just going to rewire it straight to the battery with a separate relay but I'm wondering if there's a way to do this with the cruise control.

These wires all go thru the "cable reel" which I assume is in the steering wheel (so the wires don't get twisted up when the wheel turns). Like Bill said this is the most probable suspect since there are several non-working items.
