Did replacing the fuse fix your problems?
I haven't tried yet. I'm still at work so I'll check it once I get home. I'll post up my findings here.

The fuse was fine so I guess I'll take it to the dealer to have them run the code for the SRS light. Thanks for your help guys.

Some of these symptoms sound like my problem. Check to make sure all 3 brake lights are working as well. If they are not, but the horn still works, it's probably the brake pedal switch.

I will bet:

Cable reel is junk.

12V acc socket is unplugged, or fuse is blown.

What do you guys mean by 'cable reel'? Is it a set of cables that runs from one place to another that you buy as a part?

Anyone got a picture or diagram?

"The cable reel allows all the horn, SRS (airbag), and cruise wires to be spun around with the steering wheel and not get tangled. The importance of not turning the steering wheel lies in if the cable reel moves (and you're not sure where center is), it has to be recentered. It's designed to turn with the wheel and will only turn 2+ times until it locks up. You'll need to turn it until it locks, turn it back (until it's straight up), then turn it again (away from the lock) one more time."
