Horn, cruise control, 12V power socket not working
I just bought an S2000 this weekend from an individual and on my way home I found out that the cruise control and the 12V accessory power socket aren't working. I've been doing some searching here on the forum and I read that the horn and cruise control are powered by the same wire. I'm hoping it's just a blown fuse and I read the manual but can't seem to find the fuse for the horn. I read that this fuse is under the engine but I'm not sure which one it is.
So can anyone say for sure which fuse I need to check and whether all of these things are likely related?
The SRS light is on too, btw.

Most likely cause is a broken Cable reel. All of the functions you don't have work through the reel. Take it to a dealer to have the SRS DTC pulled, from what I remember the reels aren't too expensive.

Hmmm, I just did a search on the cable reels and it looks like they go for about $150. Is there anyway to check to make sure this is the actual problem before I buy this part? I should probably look into buying a helms because I plan on doin a lot of the work myself.
Also, are there any fuses I should check?
Thanks for the replies.

On some cars, the 12V socket has a fusable link that will melt if you try to put too much current through it. If the previous owner tried plugging in a high amp accessory to this socket, this might be your problem. You're going to have to remove the socket and check the back of it to see if there is a blown fusable link.

I wonder if Dotay realizes the 12V socket is switched. Key has to be turned either "on" or at least "one click" before it is powered up.
Is there anyway to tell for sure that I have a bad cable reel before I order parts and remove my steering wheel?
