Of course they say the gain horsepower, they trying to make money.

cdelena is right on and knows what he is talking about. You dont gain horsepower, you just dont loose as much to higher temps. And this mod wont really shows it's self until the summer time or track days. It's like the same thing as all my cooling mods in my sig, they dont gain horsepower, trust me.
Ok...you guys aren't understanding me. I have proof...aka dyno graphs...that my car made 6whp with the IMG. What more needs to be said?

On shawn church hill dyno 6 rwhp is equal to about 3 real world... And it could be from many things. Better gas, your engine braking in because it's still young, humidity. Many factors

Come on dude...no dynapack BS here. The dynapack only comes into play when coming up with a baseline figure. I made 230whp stock, and 235whp with the Invidia exhaust. Let's subtract 10% from those figures to get a dynojet number. Irregardless of it being a dynapack or a dynojet, there was still a 5whp gain with the exhaust. Same case for the IMG...I gained 6whp.

Okay...now you are being asinine. You are one of those people who simply like to hate, and cannot accept reality.

Ton of money? The IMG costs about $65...and I got it for free. Simply had to pay for labor.

Anyways, looking forward to meeting you.

Kayvan - I have the same cooling mods as you. THOSE mods cool the engine (thermostat, fan switch, radiator cap). The IMG cools the AIR going into the engine. I wouldn't say you know how this car works, being that you've still been here less than a year, and he's at almost half a year. There is always more for everyone to know.

THAT cooling mod WILL add horsepower. It's like an intake - providing more air = more power. This IMG prevents the air from heating up, thus adds a few hp.

Mine is at home awaiting installation.
Was the max gain 6whp? At what rpm? Any peak gain? Cool!

Cheers!
