I don't believe bleeding will be possible. The spacer blocks the hole where coolant flows out of the block and into the manifold (i.e. under pressure). Blocking it will prevent flow into the manifold and hence the bleed screw. The other bleed "nipple" is still be in the coolant path (pressure), but it's also a different path.
I have the hole blocked and have no problems. I bled the system the way I usually bleed cars, by running the system open and letting it cycle multiple times. I keep checking and adding coolant over a period of days. It will eventually bleed itself this way. Not ideal, but I've never had luck with bleed screws on coolant systems.

I've heard many good things about this espacially for long use like mountain driving or Auto-X...
I still have waranty and was wondering if this is a product that would affect my waranty in any way?
