Default Honda rear spoiler

Does anyone know if the Honda standard rear spoiler comes with uprated springs for the trunk door? Any pictures?

Luis,

Check the H and A Accessories link at the bottom of the S2000 talk Forum. They show all the standard S2000 accesories along with instal instructions for the spoilers. The instructions show the heavier duty trunk lid springs as being included along with the rear spoiler.

Does anyone know how to get these upgraded springs? I tried PM'ing Trever at HandA without success.

Call the number on the web site. That's the best way to get ahold of Trevor. Although he has always responded to my emails as well.

Thanks, very informative. One last question, does the trunk lid come up upon release as much as before installing the spoiler, when using the new springs?

Mine barely moves now, so I suspect the dealer did not even bothered installing the springs.

I just received the uprated spring (as well as the install tool) from Trevor at H & A Accessories to see how well it handles my Mugen spoiler and Muz's trunklid organizer. Since my car is currently getting it's ass fixed (a small fall colors tale to tell) I should have it on by Monday and will report back.

As was mentioned earlier, either call H&A or use the live chat function on their website.
