Default Honda Motor Oil

I was changing my oil the other day, and last change I had the dealer do it. When draining the oil, I noticed that it looked normal, but on my fingers it had a slight orange color... not the brownish-black I usually see when I change it.

Does Honda put anything in their oil? If so, should we be using this additive regularly to promote engine life?

Honda doesn't really have their "own" oil. Last I heard, they were using Mobil Drive Clean oil. It's nothing special.

all motor oil have some sort of addictive to some degree.

please don't pour some snake oil into the motor, they do more harm than good in most case.(restorer, snake oil, etc)

not sure honda's oil is Mobile's or not(i heard it's something else, but that just a word of mouth)

It is gonna vary as they put it out for bid. It will be some premium oil that meets the specs, but don't expect it to be anything special.
