Default Honda Dealer Bullshiting me for my money?

Hey Guys,
Well... My car finally died on me while I was driving it. I took it into the local Honda dealer to ask what the hell was wrong with it. By the way, when I bought the car, I bought an extended warranty with it. So anyhow, back to my situation. I took it in, signed a form to agree to pay $95 for the basic inspection. Then a few hours later, the call me to tell me that it's gonna be an extra $100 for the compression test (which they have already done, and gave me the PSI readings for). So I'm thinking they're just trying to jack me for more money. But whatever. Then they call me three hours later telling me that they need to install new spark plugs that will cost me another $133. for parts and labor. Okay, now i'm thinking to myself: " **** YOU ASSHOLE, WHY DONT YOU TRY TO SELL ME A TUNE UP WHILE YOU'RE AT IT!??!!?" but I dont say that. My question is this, if my car is driving fine with my current spark plugs, why the hell would i need new ones installed to diagnose the engine? Is it logical for all four of my spark plugs to die and cause my engine stop turning over? WTF? please help. thanks a lot.

you need to make them fully aware of your warranty, and at the same time educate yourself on what your warranty covers as well

You need a new dealer without a doubt.

Oh, I should correct my previous post. I bought a third party extended warranty when I bought my S. And when I said my car died, I should say that it failed to turn over. But thanks for the info.

It failed to turn over so you took it to a dealer? Sounds like a dead battery to me.

I guess I can kind of see where you're coming from now. Why would they change the spark plugs if it won't even turn over.
