Holy Crap! Just changed my clutch fluid and...
It was so freakin filthy. It had chunks of black ??? in the resevoir. I had to siphon the resevoir 4 times to get it clear. Same with bleeding the slave cylinder.
I've had my car for only 14 months! Go check your fluid for contamination people.
The brake fluid resevoir still looks good but thats getting flushed asap.
On the bright side, the clutch feels smoother and firmer. It engages at a different point now but I've adjusted to it.

For what ever reason I have noticed the brake fluid in the clutch system seems to get dirty very quickly. I have noticed this on my S, my 650 Nighthawk and my Nissan trucks. This is one of the fluids I do a complete flush of every two to three years.

I just hit the 40k mark. It's a daily driver. Pretty much all fwy stuff. Never tracked, dropped clutch once.
I will drive aggressively at times. Nothing unusual though. I consider myself meticulous when it comes to the care of the car.

My S2000 is at the dealer right now because of the clutch master cylinder. It was leaking and it caused the clutch to go bad. It also caused the transmition to not engage properly and now I am getting 4 out of 6 gears replaced including all the syncros. All under the extended Honda Care warranty of course.
Go check your clutch fluid resivoirs, it may save you a trip to the dealership.
