Holding the torque wrench?

Holding the torque wrench?
Which pic it correct in regards to holding the Beam torque wrench. One or two hands.
I know you must keep the handle at its pivot point to be accurate. But when I use one hand the extention seems to not stay centered in the spark plug chute.
Also is it that easy? The last pic shows the ft lbs at 20. Am I done?

The line that goes down the center of the spark plug (or bolt or nut) needs to be anchored like in your second photo. Force on the handle must be at right angles to the line of the main beam of the torque wrench. Hold the handle in such a way that the pointer section doesn't drag or touch the parts that have the graduations.
Looks like you're done.
