I am running the 7 psi pulley on the comptech origianl setup. It runs fine and pulls harder from midrange all the way up. I have a emanage unit, but just ahvent installed it yet. I also have all the harnesses and software. I am going to get injectors, but Im not sure how big yet. I am going to swap to a 9 psi pulley and AEM eventually.
My question was once I get the emanage installed on this current setup, do I have to put in any settings or can I drive it without tuning at all. I have a 2 hour drive to get to a dyno.
Also lets just say that I loosened the BOV spring tension. Should I tighten it or is it alright a little loose.

I wouldn't be running the engine over 7k rpm untill you get an A/F chart on a chassis dyno.
When I installed my e-manage, I used the boost cut funtion to replace the vortech supplied MAP clamp, and no other settings. I then drove 3 hours to the dyno and swapped injectors on the dyno, before getting started with tuning. I also removed the vacuum hose from the FMU and reset base fuel pressure to 55psi with 440cc injectors.
I wouldn't worry with the BOV spring tension, you can control boost with your right foot.

I did similar, but swapped injectors at home and put a small injecotr compensation factor in the E-manage. I then drove half an hour to the dyno running rich as heck.

On topic, just take the BOV and your car in to a machine shop. You can probably drive away in a few hours... the adapter flanges aren't a big deal to make for any skilled machine shop

A little off topic : but someone mentioned that you can remove the vacuum line to the FMU on the Comptech Kit. Would that effectively have you running stock Fuel pressure? I have 500cc injectors that I have not installed yet because I thought I needed to buy a aftermarket FPR. If I can effectively achieve the same result by removing the vacuum line than that would be great.

The only way to check it is to put a fuel pressure gauge on and have a look what the pressure is.
I know Aus was using a SARD FMU instead of the Comptech unit with his e-manage/440cc combo.
