HKS F-Con V Pro Engine Management installed
I just installed a HKS F-Con V Pro in my car last weekend along with one of my 9psi pulleys and RC 650CC injectors. I want to know if anyone else is running an F-Con V Pro in there S2000 and how it has been working out for you. So far it has been working great and making excellent power. I chose the F-Con V Pro because all the top JDM tuners use it and I felt if it is good enough for them it will be good enough for my car. The retail price on it is a grip though almost $2300 with sensors and harness. My first choice was Motec M800 ECU but $10K for a system was a bit out of reach. I'm making 330WHP and 198 Torque with 10 to 1 air fuel ratio. What is limiting me on more top end power is the 91 octane pump gas we have here in Cali. It is the mid range which really matters any way for track events and daily driving. All I can say is that the car is wicked now with these new parts along with the Ricks 4.57 gears. I no longer have to wait for VTEC to come on to have power. As soon as I hit the gas the car launches and never let

Another great option for 4-cylinder Honda's is the MOTEC M4, you don't need the M800 on a street car.....a bit of on over kill.....like killing ants with a M60! The MOTEC M4 is sufficient for a street driven S2000.
I've heard great things about the V-Pro, but don't know too many people who are using it in the states. It just became available here didn't it?

I think the V Pro has been out now for 1 year. I have not seen very many cars with it though. I think I may be the only S2K in the USA with the V Pro. Everyone I know uses the Motec M800 in the World Challenge and has had great success with it, it is way over kill for a street car, but would be cool to have regardless. The next part for my car I'm considering is a Motec ADL dash data logger or Stack Data logger dash for track events. Since now my car is done with mag shoots, I will be going lots of track days once again and beating on it to the fullest.

I think Dynamic or SP Engineering are one of the only few who are capable of doing the F Con. The tuning program and Cable for the F Con is insanely expensive. Not too many people in the country are certified to touch that system.

I had my good friend Henry of Motorsport Dynamics in Sacramento do the tune on my car, since he is one of the few pro dealers for HKS. I ended up mounting it to the bottom of the dash on the passenger side for easy access. Thanks for the props on the super street article as well.
