I did the Mugen exhaust in my backyard with a jack and a 14mm and a 10mm socket wrench... took me about an hour.

IT IS EASY!

3 bolts for the catalytic converter and 6 bolts for the rear tie bar... the rest is just getting the rubber hangers off!

Another question i had was the system came with a package that looked like paper towels. I opened it up and they seem to be about 5 foot long strips. Could someone please tell me what they are.

HKS dual exhaust is very easy to instal.(in 4 parts)
more harder is the weight of stock exhaust:HEAVIER and
in 1 part.
Time installation is about 30 min.
Enjoy the sound of your new exhaust...awesome.

This is true but I think what he meant was that it was a lot easier to manage 4 pieces that weigh 40lbs total than 1 big 40lb piece.

Acutally the oem exhaust weighs a little over 50 pounds, while the HKS weighs a little over 38 pounds (Confirmed by HKS). Trust me, holding both back to back, there's an obvious wieght difference. That's strange, when I bought me HKS (2 times), I didn't get a towel thingie. Anyone know what this is?
