Default High Pressure in the cooling system

Hi guys,

I'm having a problem with the cooling system, it split the radiator on its mot and now after changing it and flushing it, it still seems to be very high pressure (i cant squeeze the top hose when the car is running)

Can anyone shed some light on this?

Thanks
