HID line uneven?

HID line uneven?
when i have my lights on my right side hid line is much more higher than my left side. its pretty bad and any ideas of how to fix this?.

its actually supposed to be like that so that you don't blind oncoming drivers.
you can adjust headlights, but the step will always be there. its designed into the lens and will always be uneven.
