hid flickers on then turns off (STILL)
ok so i got he car back form the paint shop. i took the headlight out and both the ballent and light were full of water. i baked it apart dried everything and sealed it up REAL good. tried it and the HID bulb flickers for longer but will not stay on.
what do i do now?

Let everything completely dry before firing them up. If the components are wet and you keep turning them on then you may do more damage.
If you do need to buy new ballasts and\or bulbs order them online. The dealership will most likely rape you on them.
