I think you need to move back to Vermont.

Without capturing coolant temperatures or having a baseline, this dyno sheet isn't very accurate.

I did five runs and they were all the same, 186hp. As it turns out, I tapped the MAP sensor,
reset the ECU and the car now runs like a raped ape. (sorry if that analogy offends anyone).
I ordered a new MAP sensor just in case and will be installing that tomorrow but the
charge after VTEC is the way it was a month ago so I'm not sure if it was the ECU
reset that did the trick (I didn't reset it after the Comptech intake install) or perhaps
the MAP was contimated somehow but one of the two jigs seemed to do the trick.
Be that as it may, the Greddy E Manage is still going in and I hope to get another 8-10hp
out of the car. A Spugen single Ti canister is next as well. Also gears in the spring but
with the smaller tires, a 4.56 would be more like a 4.71 which is more than enough for
me.
I'm still shocked I even got 186hp with those air fuel #'s. That's what really blows my mind.

wow, that's really weird it's running rich and it's fairly stock. Check the plugs out, maybe they're fouled a bit. I know some filter oils use the same materials that's found in ATF.
I wouldnt go the e-manage route because there is obviously something else wrong here and the e-manage wouldnt fix the problem; just do a bit of a run around.

Good luck.
