Thumbs up Hesitation Problems need suggestions

Hi to all the great S2000 community, I am dealing with a problem on my 2000 S2000. At the moment I get hesitation from the engine while cruising speed at about 65+ MPH and about 3400 RPM. The problem is much more noticed in the afternoon hours than in the morning weird but I atribute this to lower air temp. in the mornings like at 4:30am or so VS 4:00pm. Now I have read many posts on this topic here on the forum but many conclude that injectors have resolved the issues but i am not totally convinced that this may be the case, here are some tests I have performed already. Injector balance test using a fuel gauge bringing fuel pressure to 35psi and pulsing the injector for .5 seconds the pressure drop was about 16psi on each of the injectors which lead me to believe that all four injectors discharge at the same flow rate.

Among the trouble codes I get P1399 along with all four missfire P300 etc... for all cylinders.

I must note that hesitation only ocurrs under load and miss fire may or may not be noticed at iddle.

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks
