So i finally got those drill hole covers, and i was putting them on. One went fine, but for the other one, nuts (inside the bumper) fell inside~~~
I tried to get it fixed from outside, but to no avail. It seems i need to take off the bumper?
If i do, will i have an easy access to the drill holes from inside the bumper??
Is there any other way to reach inside the bumper for the nuts (ie from bottom or something)

You'll have to pull the bumper to put the clip nut back in place. They are right behind the bumper reinforcement beam, no other way to reach them,

have they completely fallen into the bumper?

i had mine push back a little bit when i tried to install my plugs. i halfway screwed one of the bolts into the nbuts and pulled them back out. not a perfect fix, but it did save me from having to take off my bumper.
