My Bilstein coilovers are turned all the way down and I still get a 2 finger gap from the tire to the fender in the front and a 3 finger gap in the back. I wanted to drop it more so I noticed the silver helper springs are taking up about 1 1/2 inches. I want at least a 2.5 inch drop so I thought If I took the helper springs out it would drop lower. I asked Neuspeed and they said you can do it but you might hear some ratteling and it voids the warranty. I really dont care about the warranty. They also said the car will drop lower if you take them out. So I was just wondering if its really really bad to take them out. I dont really know alot about springs and shocks and stuff Sorry...

Don't take them out. They probably put them in for a reason. Remember, there are engineers that DO know a lot more about suspension that me or you. And plus, you and I both own one of the finest handling machines you can buy for <$32-35K.
If it was my car, I would never put fashion over function when it came to suspension. Function over fashion for me, especially when it comes to components that are supposed to "increase" handling performance. But that's just me.
