Help, What is the fuel pressure setting for Comptech Supercharger?
For those who can help,
At what setting fuel pressure regulator is set for Comptech Supercharger.
What psi does it suppose to be when idling?
I was always itching to know about that and when my supercharger didn't quite perform well as I expected, I assumed there is something wrong with fuel pressure regulator but I never checked it till today.
My mechanic was gratious enough to check for me.
Fuel pressure reading came out when idling came out to be mere 35-37psi??
Isn't stock pressure is set somewhere in betweeen 47-54?
Any comment I would deeply appreciated.
Of course I will contact Comptech myself but I don't want to wait til tomorrow.
I just know that without getting some answers I will be able to get good night sleep.
Thank you.

Hmm, RT thank you for reminding me about that.
The measurement was done with vacuum line still connected.
Ok that explains better. So I guess I am ok and not need to worry any further.
But strangely when my mechanic was turning the adjustment screw, pressure only started to rise after couple of turning not immediately. I thought that was little strange.
Anyway, I feel my car responds better on 6K+ after increasing the pressure.
Vtec felt stronger??
I will try to have it dyno tuned soon before I do some damage.
Thanks RT.
