help with vibration

ok let me start over... So at low speeds the car makes liek a squealing noise almost rubbing from the driverside rear wheel. then On the way home last night when ever i started to speed up there is a heavy vibration coming from the back of the car, its fine costing ( still the squaling noise) but no vibration. thanks

So is it "squealing" or is it "creaking"?

This description doesn't help in any way to diagnose what's happening.

Oh and please translate the following:

I'm thinking that vibration upon acceleration (assuming I've translated it right) means bad CV joints.
