Well, i'm taking mine to honda wednesday. I might have adjusted them to tight. I got the intake at 0.16mm (0.065") and exhaust at 0.21mm(0.08").
It still sounds kinda loud. Taping noise that i didn't have before. So, eventhough i don't trust the honda guys down here, i don't really have a choice. I don't want to do it myself again. AAAARRRRGGHHH.

Three times is a charm. Afterward, you will be a pro at adjusting your valves.
silencertk, dun't drive yer car with valves that are adjusted too tight as the valves may not seat properly, thus cause damage to yer engine. Get your valves re-adjusted ASAP before you drive your car.

Intake clearance should be .21-.25 mm (.008-.010 in)
Exhaust clearance should be .25-.29 mm (.010-.011 in)

There is a lot of misinformation concerning specifications in these posts.
silencertk - your values copied below are not equivalent, the conversion is off by an order of magnitude. Please report exactly what you set your valves to so that we can advise properly. Based on your report of noise, it sounds like the valves are not adjusted correctly.
0.16 mm = 0.0063" (too tight!)
0.21 mm = 0.0083" (too tight!)
0.065" = 1.65 mm (WAY too loose!)
0.08" = 2.03 mm (WAY too loose!)
As stated by dhayner, the correct values are:
Intake clearance = 0.21-0.25 mm (0.008-0.010 in)
Exhaust clearance = 0.25-0.29 mm (0.010-0.011 in)
The order in which the valves are adjusted is irrelevant - just make CERTAIN that both camshaft lobes are pointed up and outboard of the centerline of the camshaft by the same amount. There are indicators (metal tabs) on the rear of the camshaft that can help with this alignment. You want the tabs to point straight up.
S2000 Europe - I would not set the exhaust and intake valves to the same specification. That means that the intake valves are on the loose end of spec and the exhaust valves are on the tight end of spec. This will result in a slight decrease in power. If it were my car, I'd go back in and set the intakes to minimum spec too (0.21 mm = 0.008")

Well, my baby is at the dealership today. unfortunatly it was a 48mile drive. Never exceeded 4k rpm though, don't know if that makes a difference or not.
Anyway, seems like i adjusted them to tight. Intake 0.16mm Exhaust 0.21mm.
I hope the dealer does a good job. fixing what i messed up. I read that you can adjust the valves up to 0.02" tighter then spec. Guess that's where i messed up.
I'm a pro at taking the valve cover off now. takes me less then 4min he he he. But after doing 2 adjustments and still not getting it right, i wanted to make sure everything is done properly, hopefully by a professional.
