Default help.. tapping noise after valve adjustment.

Hey everyone just wanted to see if anyone experimented this before. Here is the short story:
Got my valve adjustment by a very good shop Honda specialists at 100k miles about 3 months ago(2005 ap2) car was tuning good getting good gas milage and everythingat good. About a month later I started to hear a ticking noise when driving at 20 - 40 mph especially at 2 - 4 rpms . I thought it was the tct was going bad. I just replaced it wit billmans250 tct . And new oil. The noise went away for like 4 days now the noise its not as loud but I only hear it between 20 40 mph note* I only hear the noise when I drive next to other cars or next to sidewalks ir walls. Is just like a calm noise. Like a card on a bicycle spokes . Is this normal or should I check on the valve adjustment. Thanks..
. Maybe it is normal and just me freaking out. I don't remember or never pay attention to this noise before valve adjustment.

Posible other facts:
-i used castrol 10w30 full syntetic
- always keep and check oil to be on high level.
-i just installed ne sparkplugs 6 months ago
-don't drive car hard . I barely hit vtec once a month maybe

You'd only be able to hear it with the engine running. Driving past walls doesnt really mean much. I had a thread where one of the adjuster nuts came off and made a loud tapping. Yours might just be normal valve tap. Id take it back to him and see if he gives you the thumbs up. Its probably just the valve closing - normal.

Let me ask this.. How long did the car sit before valve adjustment? Was the car completely cold or slightly warm? The car should sit for a minimal of 4 hours

My noise is not loud. Is only when the car moves it sounds good when idling.
I have no idea how long the car set before valve adjustment. I droped it off on a Thursday and pick it up on a Friday. I got to ask to the guys at the shop.
What happens if the car doesn't sit for 4 hours?

Honda's are notorious for having loud valves; every motor I've had be it B, K, F whatever has had loud valves. That may be what your experiencing.
