Help! Something is wrong my with S
So ive had my S for a couple months now and today I wake up to a problem. As im driving to class, I feel like the car is always braking, even in neutral. I checked my tires and they are all fine. One thing i noticed is that my E-brake is kind of loose all of a sudden. Could that be the problem? I also feel like i need to gas it more to get it going.

Your hand brake cable sounds like it's gotten pinched and it's keeping the rear brakes engaged. I wouldn't drive it much like that as you may cook the rears and cause a fire.
It sounds like you're not mechanical so just take it in to any brake shop or mechanic and they will sort you out.

I'm going with stuck caliper, and the slack is because the brake is not disengaging. Feel around the wheel face (open palm, don't touch anything) after driving and see if any wheel is radiating a lot of heat. You can also get some speed, and then coast and relax the grip on the steering wheel to see which way the car pulls to get an idea which side is dragging.

Years ago I discovered that I needed to rebuild the master cylinder on a motorcycle that I had then just purchased. The previous owner did not do a good job of keeping up with changing the brake fluid. The braking system on that bike contained an incredibly small return orifice within the master cylinder that had become clogged as a result. That in turn prevented the brake fluid from returning to the reservoir as it heated and expanded. The only place remaining for the fluid to expand was the calipers which eventually caused the front brakes to lock up completely. (Fortunately I could feel this coming on and had slowed the bike down to a crawl as I was on a shakedown ride just a short distance from my house.) I had to crack open the bleed valve to relieve the pressure that had built up just to be able to walk the bike home. I'm not as familiar with the complete braking system on the S2K yet, but just in case "all of the above" fail you, please keep my story in mind as there might be something elsewhere in the system to cause the issue you've been experiencing, especially if you don't notice this until after you have been driving your car for a while.

It was indeed a stuck caliper. I took it to a shop and the guy said my left front caliper is stuck and the rotor doesnt even move. He said i should replace both front calipers and rotors, and their estimate was $1000 to do it there (Which I thought to be too expensive). Is there another solution to the stuck calipers? I also need to flush my brake fluid as the previous owner did not do :/
Pick up some known good used front calipers and another pair of front rotors (if they are indeed needed) and do the swap yourself and save about $700-800. This is not a hard job, I just had this exact same problem on my own S and swapped in a pair of used front calipers off my other parts car and did the full gravity bleed. Took 2 hours from start to finish.
Used front calipers $100? Pair of front rotors off Ebay/Amazon $50-$75. + Your time.
