I don't believe you can use lockwashers on the intake bolts as a lockwasher is typically used in between a piece of metal and a nut. Studs/nuts aren't used for the intake, so I don't think lockwashers would be a viable solution.
The bottom line is that the installation needs to be done properly and you won't have an issue.

if u have an engine hoist AND balancer, remove the fuel rail, unbolt the harness support bar, unbolt the support on top of the belt tensioner, disconnect all connectors and move the harness out of the way, disconnect the coolant line and evap hose going to the intake manifold u should be able to leave the intake manifold connected to the head, then pull the head/manifold off using the engine lift points.

Go ahead and use the loctite. You won't have an issue until there is a time where you need to remove the IM. Good luck at removing those already hard to get at bolts.
