The sensor itself just unscrews. I replaced mine on my other s2000 with a sensor from a 93 del sol.
Just go to the junkyard and take your broken sensor with you and find a compatible plug that fits.
Many Honda iat and iacv sensors are the same style plug. I have a huge box full of plugs.
Lmk if you want one I'll send it to you for a couple bucks.
