Default Help putting on stock springs

I have a friend who is going to put stock springs back on his s2000, what do we need to do the project? Any kind of spring compressor or anything? What's the difficulty?

Thanks

Yes, you need the spring compressor. And its not hard, but still a PIA. The problem I ran into was after getting the spring compressor on there, it stuck out to far to fit up high enough to bolt it in. Its much harder to put on than aftermarket springs...BTW, rent one from Autozone!
