Danny....it's the bolts with the eccentric discs on them that look like lines on a clock.
anthony....you have a different problem, likely the rear alxe nuts need to be retorqued to 220.

because I am having an almost exact problem as the original poster but my car is an MY 06 with < 700 miles on it...
I only hear it when backing out of my driveway.

I can't say for sure that it has only been in the morning, however, I can say that it has only happened on my particular driveway (wheels turned to the left and backing down an incline).
