Well got it back later yesterday afternoon and drove it 100 miles yesterday to she if she was going to throw another code. The good news is the car idles better and no code thrown yesterday at all. What I do notice it the car still seems to be "ticky" when driving. the dealership said they did a valve adjustment but going through drive fast food places and ally ways you can here the ticking of the valves pretty good. My buddy has a AP2 and his engine is alot less ticky than mine. I brought it to my machanic/ performance shop guy and he said it does sound a little louder than it should but nothing to worry about he'll give it a more accurate valve adjustment than what Honda did and I should be all good.

True and not true.
If you have actually read the Honda service manual before, you would know it frequently will ask to substitude with a known good part to speed up the diagnose procedure.
Sensor and electrionic parts are getting so complex, sometimes it's hard to tell if it has an internal failure.
For example, if cylinder #2 is misfiring and you suspect the injector is the problem, the easiest way to diagnose is to swap the injector from another cylinder. If the misfire started to happened to wherever the injector went. You know that's the problem.
Whoever worked on this car, obviously have zero clue as to what could cause a misfire and rather diagnose properly, instead he threw parts at it until it was fix.
It shouldn't take more than few hours to find out the problem.

It took them 8 freaking days!!!!
I'm glad the misfire is gone, now I need a better valve adjustment to get rid of some of the "tick"

Why not have them readjust the valves since they touched them.
