I've got the exedy clutch/pp/fw about 1 month ago.
It was extremely grippy when new. I was very worried about the diff and rided/let it slipped a bit at the begining. The clutch is less grippy now and slips easily.
First gear if I slip the clutch it would byte then slip for 2-3 sec if I floor the gas pedal.
First to second, I could feel that it slips a little bit before it grips (with the vortech's power and 255 SO3 rear).

Is there any quickfix without removing and grinding the flywheel?

Did you break it in? Do you feel it slip during shifts?

All clutches need to be broken in like on a new car. 500 easy miles (<6k rpms) before you should start ripping her into redline. If you didn't break her in, it's probably why you have the problem.

You've probably have some glazing on the flywheel. Not sure how to fix. Have you call the place that did the install? Maybe they have suggestions.
