Help.... my dealer sucks !
Boys... the button that opens the gas filler opening is not working anymore... it can't be too big a deal so i brought it to my dealer for a simple warranty repair.....
I brought the car in on a scheduled appointment.... this is what went down... bullet forum cause i think better that way...
1.. The dealer takes the car in ... so i'm looking through a window as my car is being rolled in... I'm pretty stoked at this point since im in a a Honda Dealer ))
2. 5 minutes after the car in rolled into a bay the mechanic lays the big/ huge service manual on the roof lid of my ride.... I BECAME INCESTED WITH HIS LACK OF PROFEsIONALISM.... were talking about my pride and joy... I freaked....
2. spoke about this to the service manager and the mechanic removed his books form the lid of a car that i wash / wax / polish at least once a month.. washing is when needed..
3. finally finishied the job and it seemed ok.. ok for about 3 hours..
4. the hack mechanic left the carpet in the trunk where most of the work was done "NOT REINSTALLED" .. WTF !!!!
5. The trunk lid which closed perfectly is now making squeeking noice's WTF is that all about ... he had no business mesing with the lid of a showroom car... !!!
6. I want to fix this problem myself..... does anyone have an idea where the problem can be so i can open the lid with my gas open button on the door...
Can someone send me the org. fix it manual so i can trouble shoot and fix the prob lem.... any ideas on what could be wrong.. ???
thanks

Here's where I bought my service manual.
I'm not sure what year you have.
