I never said change the coil pack. Just read what I wrote

And dont worry about checking anything else. Do the test by disconnecting packs, and ill tell ya how to proceed

ONCE YOU DO the test and find out what cyl is not firing, (lets say #2 makes no change) you will then swap the coil packs form cyl 3 to cyl 2. Do the test again.

if the problem jumps cylinders, you have a bad pack. If it doesnt jump cylinders, you have a different problem. Real simple.

Dont go around guessing this or that. Diagnose and repair....do the test

Even if I thought you had a bad spark plug or injector, this is the test you do no matter what.

This is the fastest way to find the bad cylinder. Dont check plugs, dont check injectors. dont do anything else...yet. trust me.

Don't guess. Coil packs are about $100. That's an expensive guess.

Is it safe to drive in this condition? Or is it something really serious?

god, it's like talking to a 7 years old.

if you just read what we wrote, you shouldn't need to ask half of your question.

try "flashing CEL honda" on google(or better yet read your owner's manual) to see honda's engineer opinion on driving with a flashing CEL light.

I had this issue, thanks to this topic I found out what was the issue. I brought it to Honda dealer, they did the inspection, installed 2 new coils, and 4 new spark plugs for less than 50 dollar (excl. part price) and of course CEL removal.
2 cylinders had misfire in my case, sounded like a proper Subaru. Loved the sound tbh especially with my Spoon N1 exhaust.
