Default Help me troubleshoot SOS clutch kit

Hoping to trouble shoot my SOS clutch kit 6 mths on....

Had my SOS clutch kit with the medium LW flywheel for 6 months and 10,000kms.
All fluids and parts changed as a full kit.
relatively mild driving with the occassional spirited driving. However not too many hard launches, esp with my 4.77 puddymod diff.

6 months on... now I get rattling sounds from beneath and rear of the car.
not too sure if it it the exhaust or the clutch/flywheel.
Comes on when moving off, and sometimes doesnt.

The clutch pedal travel now is not as smooth as before, kinda rough when pressing and releasing the clutch.
I've checked the fluids, all seem fine, no leaks whatsoever.
Sometimes getting out gear might be a little tougher than usual.
and the rattling sound comes on a little and occassionally when moving off and a bit of revving.

And when I do get a bit spirited, high revving to redling vtec, car moves fine and fast.
Clutch still grabs well.
After the fast driving, say once I get to the stop lights, then when I move off, the clutch pedal suddenly becomes much lighter, and the biting point become higher.
A bit puzzling to me !
And of course after switching off the car, rest awhile, the wierd biting point and pedal pressure reverts back to normal.

Anyone knows whats happenning ?
Regarding the rattling sound, could it be the flywheel problem ? misalignment , not matching / coming fully in contact with the clutch disc ?
As i've encountered the clutch cylinders problem before, I have since been checking my reservoir levels, and religiously changing the gearbox and diff fluids with every engine oil servicing interval.

Any thoughts on this guys ?

Thanks !

I think one of the possibilities is that with a stronger aftermarket clutch kit, the oem plastic clutch cylinders might not be durable or strong enough ?
Has anyone experienced same ?

Is everyone out here running oem clutch cylinders on your aftermarket stronger clutch ?

The clutch pedal is now really tough and rough when depressing and letting go.
Thats in normal driving pattern.
And when the road in front opens up, I tend to step on the power..l
And after such short bursts, the clutch pedal becomes much softer and smoother, and biting point a fair bit higher ....
give it rest a bit, and the next in the car it reverts to the hard and rough pedal feel again.....argh !
