Not necessarily. That's generally the symptom of a bad master cylinder. The seals go bad, so it's only leaking internally, but it's still in the system. There will be no external evidence of a leak, and the level in the reservoir will not drop.

He mentioned that he just replaced his clutch (which is a fact that should've been mentioned in the original post ), so things that are touched by that procedure are where he should start looking.

my thoughts exactly...

he didn't mentiono he just replaced his clutch...and the leak can be seen around the transmission housing. haha

but regardless...if we just throw out all the possibilities...the seal is one of em.

time to open up that tranny again.

If the pedal goes to the floor it most likely a master cylinder. A quick and easy way to find leaks is by pressing the brake pedal. I am not saying its a flawless method but it will bleed the brake fluid through a leak.
