HELP!!!!!!!!! How in the heck do you get the oil pan off!!!!!????
All the bolts are definitely off, how do you get it to come free from the block???????
I'm in the beginning stages of the Vortech install, and this is taking up too much time ........
Need an answer ASAP.

There are 21 bolts - got them all? The gasket material used on the oil pan is a liquid gasket type, and this is what is holding the pan to the block now. You might try some smart raps with a rubber hammer to the pan to loosen it.

I know you're in a hurry, but for later perusal:

One of the vids at the bottom shows them taking the oil pan off.
What are you doing taking the oil pan off?
If you're doing the oil bolts or installing a supercharger, we'd love to hear about it and see pics if you've got any.

If you know you have all the bolts the only thing that is hold is on should be the gasket. Just like cjb80 said, wack it!

For those that don't know, when you do the SC install (Vortech at least), you have to tap a hole for a fitting for the oil return from the SC. The Vortech works like a turbocharger, and uses oil to lube the SC unit.
I took a break, ate some lunch, and then got it off without resorting to any heavy metal impact objects ... ie, no hammers ....
