You have a MY00 with a retro-fitted top well out of any warranty and with a fitment issue not related to the factory-assembled top/frame. I would not (and this is *definitely* speaking from experience here) expect Honda to honor the above TSB. Its not intended for situations such as yours and mine.

What about someone that still has the OEM top on there MY00'?? Mine has some real bad wind noise that i'd like to get rid of, and if Honda pays, that would be even better.

Well, you've exceeded your 3yr/36K mile original warranty. Unless you have an extended warranty, Honda will probably only consider it as a Good Will gesture. You'll want to go through Customer Care

I dont feel like making a new thread for this so I'll ask here since it is closely related. Does any of your softtops not line up perfectly when closed? Mine is a little to the side and I have to kind of line it up with the hook\locker thing when I close it up.

u need to adjust the frame by adjust this bolts they are located in where the seat belt comes out from
u will see little bolts with rubber cover....
u need to unlock the thread behind to be able to adjust
this allows u to adjust how far and which side it will sit when it is allthe way up
hope this helps

i have ordered the Ht striker so i will see what those things can do about my problems
