I changed both. Thanks Rick for both with my header. He thinks of everything!!

i've replace my headers twice, and retained all the original gaskets. no leaks, no rattles.
I heard that the head to block gasket will be reuseable if you do it cold, so it wont warp. Also unbolting from the outside in and rebolt from the inside out helps.
I did it cold just in case. cant confirm if its fact or not.

If you get the parts, don't get from the Honda dealer. It's like 55 bucks from the dealer. Get it from hardtopguy, he charges 34 shipped. I got snookered and payed 55.
I'm reusing the bolts though at 4 bucks a piece. That's 28 bucks for 7! Anyone have opinions on that?

Well I went ahead and installed the header with both stock gaskets, and there are no leaks. Actually it was a very easy install and I finished in two hours, and I took my time to make sure it was done right.
OMG!!!! Love this mod. goes very well with my other parts, and I can feel the improvement midrange, but top end is just amazing. I've never chirped second like that before in my life, felt like doing a standing burn out in second .
The revs climb so smoothly....A++++ for this mod.
