Hi all,

I recieved my ground control kit today and when i check the spring rates, they are 400 and 450, now i bought this from Ryan (vtecvoodoo) and he said he would sent me 400/350 rates. Can someone explain to me a bit more about these rates? what's are the different between the two (400/350 vs 450/400)? and if they don't make much different, which spring are going to the from and which to the rears?

Thank you very much guys, i'm trying to have them installed for the local meet and drive tomorrow (saturday)
